The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long day at the convention. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also worth mentioning, with a wide variety of options available to choose from.

The room was not very clean. We noticed dust on the furniture and the bathroom had a moldy smell.

We had a great time and enjoyed it very much. The price was a little high and may have gone elsewhere if we had more time to look but still felt it was worth staying there.

I like nothing about this hotel. Its a 2 start hotel adverting itself as a 4 start hotel.

Poor location; noisy rooms; old furnishing; overpriced rooms; smelly rooms; small rooms; not recommendable unless you have no choice. Best Western lose credit with hotels like this one.

You can enjoy unwinding at the well, stocked piano bar after a long day.

While the rooms are comfortable, some may find them a bit small, and air, conditioning is not available in all rooms.

The buffet at breakfast was ridiculously large, the service was quite good, and the place was reasonably priced. Altogether I'd say I got a lot more than I paid for, and I'd definitely stay again if I went back to Essen.
